The Selection Process
Students are nominated from each campus by any staff member, a family member, or may self-nominate. After principal approval and student agreement, parents and guardians are asked to agree that the student may participate in an interview process to determine campus ambassadors. A District Committee interviews the campus candidates and select the representatives from each campus. Two students are selected from each elementary campus, four from Nichols, four from JMS, and up to 8 from JHS.
