The 2025-2026 Socioeconomic Form should be completed electronically for EACH CHILD in your family before the first day of school.  Even if you don’t think it applies to your family, we’re asking all parents and guardians to fill it out. If you don’t want to share income, just select N/A – your participation still helps!

Please note: The form is available online through Skyward Family Access / Online Forms. The form can only be accessed using the desktop version of Skyward. If you are logging in through the Skyward mobile app, be sure to select “Open in Browser” to access the form.
