Student Ambassador Team Nomination Process and Forms

Thank you for your interest in the Jacksonville ISD Student Ambassador Team.  Each school year, the team is comprised of a select group of young leaders who go out into the community to speak about our district.  If you would like to nominate a Jacksonville student or yourself, please use the appropriate link below to submit a nomination.  The nomination process will begin on April 6, 2026 and close at midnight on April 17, 2026.

 

If chosen for the interview process, the student will be contacted by the end of April, and interviews will begin on campuses in May. 

 

Students are nominated from each campus by any staff member, family member, or may self-nominate.    After principal approval and student agreement, parents and guardians are asked to consent to the student's participation in the interview process to select campus ambassadors.  A  District Committee interviews the campus candidates and selects the representatives from each campus.  Two students are selected from each elementary campus: four from Nichols, four from JMS, and up to 8 from JHS.
